Terms & Privacy Policy

This page explains the relationship between you and glimpse, and how we handle your data in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Last updated: July 2026

Part One: Terms & Conditions Agreement

01Introduction & Definitions

This agreement governs the relationship between glimpse (referred to as “we” or “the platform”) and the user or client (referred to as “you” or “the client”). Your request for our services or use of our website constitutes explicit acceptance of the terms and conditions set out here, which are subject to the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

02Scope of Service (Zero Commitment)

The platform provides website engineering and build services, and is fully committed to the “review before approval” model, per the following process:

  • We receive your requirements and build your entire website.
  • We give you an exclusive link through which you review and experience the full website.
  • You bear no financial or legal obligation to complete the order if the final result does not fully meet your approval.

03Review & Refinement Round

The review link gives the client a true and complete picture of the final deliverable on which to base the approval decision; it does not include implementing edits before approval. After final approval and payment, the client receives one dedicated refinement round carried out before going live, covering the polishing of copy, images, and visual details within the scope of the original order (excluded: adding new software systems or a wholesale change to the business model not agreed in the original order, which is subject to a separate quote).

04Payment & Billing

  • Due date: The full agreed cost (whether for the complete website or custom systems) is due only after the client issues their final approval of the website.
  • Finality of payment: Given that full, transparent review is provided before any financial commitment, all amounts paid after final approval and ownership transfer are final and strictly non-refundable.
  • The platform reserves the right to halt the go-live process in the event of failed or delayed payment after the final approval stage.

05Intellectual Property & Legal Liability

  • Before payment: The platform retains all intellectual property rights to the designs, copy, and software presented in the review link. The client may not copy them or replicate the idea for commercial purposes without completing approval and payment.
  • After payment: Once the cost is paid, ownership of the website (design, content, and domain name) transfers fully to the client.
  • Content responsibility: The client warrants that they hold the legal rights to any logos, images, or copy they provide to us, and bears sole and full legal responsibility in the event of infringing third-party rights, indemnifying the platform against any consequences.
  • The platform reserves the right to use images of completed projects within its portfolio for marketing purposes, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

06Hosting & Domain Name

  • The service includes registering a dedicated domain name and stable hosting for one calendar year from the launch date.
  • After the first year, the client is responsible for renewal fees to keep the website active.

07Annual Care Package (Optional)

We offer an optional annual package covering hosting and domain renewal, technical support, and periodic content updates. The platform bears no responsibility for website downtime or data loss if the client does not subscribe to the package or delays paying the separate annual renewal fees.

08Disclaimer & Force Majeure

  • Our role is limited to engineering the technical infrastructure and crafting strategic content; we bear no responsibility for, and do not guarantee, any sales figures or profits for the client after the website launches.
  • The platform is not liable for any interruption, failure, or delay resulting from force majeure, including but not limited to: natural disasters, global internet outages, or the failure of international hosting providers’ servers.

09Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In the event of any dispute, an amicable resolution shall be sought; failing that, the Saudi courts in the city of Riyadh shall have jurisdiction.

  • We take advanced technical and organizational security measures to protect your data from any unauthorized access, and in the event of any breach beyond our control, we commit to notifying you and the competent authorities immediately in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law.
