The review stage is therefore your first safeguard — you pay nothing until you approve the website yourself and it fully wins your satisfaction, which makes your decision free of any financial risk from the very start.

02Scope of this policy

This policy governs all amounts paid for our services and should be read alongside the Terms & Conditions. It covers:

• The cost of the complete website or any agreed custom systems.
• Domain registration and first-year hosting fees included in the investment.
• Optional annual care package subscriptions and related renewals.

03Full money-back guarantee

In our commitment to full transparency, we guarantee a complete refund of the amount paid if your website cannot be technically launched within 14 days of your final approval for any reason beyond your control and attributable to us. In this case the refund is issued in full with no deductions — a direct expression of our absolute confidence in our ability to deliver exactly what we promised.

04The complimentary refinement round

Before any refund is considered, we grant you — after approval and payment — one comprehensive refinement round carried out within 7 days of delivery and before the public launch, covering polish of copy, images, and visual details within the scope of the original request. Our aim is for the website to match your vision precisely, and for any note to be addressed as a priority before any refund request is reviewed.

05Non-refundable cases

Because full and transparent review is provided before any financial commitment, amounts are not refunded in the following cases:

• After ownership transfer: Amounts paid after final approval, launch, and transfer of ownership to you are final and non-refundable, as you will have received a complete digital asset that is entirely yours.
• Change of mind after approval: A change of mind or personal circumstances after approval has been issued and the work completed is not a valid ground for a refund.
• Out-of-scope requests: A wish to fully change the business model or add new software systems not included in the original request is subject to a separate quote and is not a ground for refunding the original order.
• Client-side reasons: Failure to launch due to the required content or permissions not being provided, or client delay in responding, is not covered by the refund guarantee.

06How to request a refund

To submit a refund request within the covered cases, please follow these steps:

• Contact us via our official email or WhatsApp within the guarantee window (14 days of approval).
• State your order number and a brief reason for the refund so our team can review the case.
• Our team reviews the request, verifies that the refund conditions apply, and notifies you of the outcome in writing.

07Processing time & refund method

Once a refund is approved, the amount is returned via the same method used for payment within 7 to 14 business days. The actual time for the funds to arrive may be affected by the procedures of payment providers and banks, which are outside the platform's control.

08Care package & annual subscriptions

• Annual care package fees are paid in advance for the full year and are not partially refunded for the remaining period upon cancellation.
• You may stop the subscription from renewing by notifying us before the renewal date; your services remain active until the end of the paid period.

09Governing law

This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including consumer protection and e-commerce regulations. In the event of any dispute, an amicable resolution shall be sought; failing that, the Saudi courts in the city of Riyadh shall have jurisdiction.
